Ownership – All materials, websites, equipment or other tools utilized by EIS becomes the property of EIS.  If charged for any of these, in lieu of a markup they become the property of EIS.

Domain Names – are usually purchased by EIS and are the property of EIS to be used as a minor tool in the overall strategy. Even if the cost is passed on, the use ends immediately upon release of EIS.  If purchased and titled by the company, but hosted by EIS, the content, any stock photos purchased (even if paid by customer) is owned by EIS and may be pulled immediately upon release of EIS.  If the domain name and the hosting site are purchased and title by the customer all content and web presence will be pulled upon release of EIS.

Email, Web Content, Contact Info, Photos, Data and other information utilized by EIS are will remain the property of EIS.

Phones, computers, scanners and other equipment purchased by EIS for this engagement, even if reimbursed by the customer, is and will remain the property of EIS.
